Accessibility statement

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use Benefilo, including older people, people with low vision or no vision, people with limited hand movement, and people who use screen readers or a keyboard only. Our standard is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Compliance status

This service is partially compliant. We use semantic code, visible focus, sufficient contrast, labelled fields and full keyboard support, and we check them with automated tests. There has not yet been an independent audit or testing with screen reader users.

Known limitations

Some content links to official external websites, whose accessibility we do not control.

Calendar files (.ics) open in the calendar app installed on your device.

Reporting a problem

If you find a barrier, email kontakt@benefilo.pl and tell us what does not work and which tools you use. We will reply within 7 working days with a workaround or a date for the fix.
